2 parts "Winter Coffee"
1 part Vanilla Vodka
1 part Heavy Cream
1 part Gold Rum
1 part Simple Syrup
1 part Peppermint Liqueur

NB- "Arko Winter Kaffee" is a brand I found while visiting Germany. It's flavored with ginger, anise, cardamom, fennel, cloves and cinnamon. To make your own, simple add a few slices of ginger, a couple cinnamon sticks, anise pods, and the remaining ingredients to your ground coffee beans and brew as normal.
Combine remaining ingredients in a mixing glass or shaker, stir well and pour into glass. Top glass with foam, give a little cinnamon sprinkle and garnish with a cinnamon stick.
Serve Hot!!!
